    If you're tired of the embarrassment... not feeling that good about yourself... just wanting to fit in and lose your chest fat, then this might be the most important letter you'll read in 2006.

    Hi, I'm Trey. I was a cop for six years and then a deputy coroner for six more.  The one thing I know how to do is investigate and find solutions to problems... and it was a good thing...

    I longed to get rid of my chest fat...

    I had lived with chest fat for the first 32 years of my life... and I was FED UP!

    32 years is a long time...

       
    I only wish someone would have shared with me what I am going to reveal to you in the next few minutes. It would have saved me years of humiliation and years of feeling like I was the only one on the planet who had this problem.  

    
Feel like your alone... there are some studies that show 1 out of every 3 men...  deal with chest fat in some degree... I know you wouldn't believe it because all you see is the guys with the flat chest...

    Do you think that the guys with chest fat are walking around showing them off?  Do you?

   

     All my life I have had fat in my chest area.


      Not real huge... I didn't need a bra or anything but they were definitely noticeable in my shirts. 

      When I was growing up, I was a little overweight so that's what I chalked it up to...

    'One day I'll lose weight and they'll go away', I said. They didn't...

    I'll never forget all the times I sat on the 'sideline of life' and missed out because I wouldn't take off my shirt... Pool parties that I avoided like the plague.  'Spend-the-night parties' I made darn sure I was too busy for.

     For most kids, the beach and the pool brought laughter and excitement... But for me...

     It brought drudgery... I hated those days.  I was so self-conscious... so embarrassed.  Always pulling on the front of my shirt or wearing two shirts...  Always coming up with some lame excuse.  'I'm sunburned... that's why I'm leaving my shirt on'...

     No, those were not happy days.  And I thought all this would end when I got older...

     It didn't.

I still had my chest fat and
couldn't get rid of them...


    
     The other day, I was looking at the pictures of back then... One picture brought back a flood of memories...

     We were at the lake and I had just gotten out of the water after skiing.  My girlfriend (now my wife) reached to take a picture of me and my hand automatically goes up and combs through my hair because this would flatten out my chest until she took the picture.  It worked.  But...


     What a sad way to live.  It truly was miserable...

   

I went on the hunt... I looked at every site on 'losing my chest fat'...




    Being an ex-cop and a deputy coroner for 12 years... I had some the 'CSI investigator' in me.  I went on the hunt for what was out there that would help...

     I bought several courses and ebooks online.  I chatted on message boards with others to find out the best ways they got rid of the chest fat- and which ones were total crap!


    What I found TRULY surprised me!

    I repeatedly found:

  • Miracle breast reduction pills for men. ( yeah, right)

  • Rapid Weight Loss Schemes that were downright dangerous... and didn't work... the weight just returned when you start eating normally again.

  • And Just Total false and outdated information... Guys who didn't have man boobs telling me how to get rid of them... (Yeah right)

      But, I did find a couple of sites who knew what they were talking about and I followed their recommendations to the tee and IT WORKED!

     So, the flab on your chest or...

“man boob syndrome” (MBS), or pseudo gynecomastia.



      This is the first of two main conditions that causes men's chest to become enlarged and flabby.

      Here is what I know after months of research...  It is (usually) seen in men who are obese or overweight. (Now hang in there with me, if you're the skinny guy or the bodybuilder whose bodyfat is 10% or less)

    One dictionary defines the term- man boobs- as 'overdeveloped breasts caused by excess weight or lack of exercise.'

    Losing weight is where you've got to begin...

    But it is also not the cure-all... as you'll see-

     I know all my life... that is what I heard every day.  Just lose weight and they'll go away.  All over the internet... lose the weight and they'll go away.  Maybe... maybe not-

   
    If you are reading this... and you have chest fat... and you're overweight and don't exercise-  this is where you should start...  Don't think about some expensive surgery until you lose the weight...

     These were just a few of the hundreds of discussion by men online... Over and over I heard men say that they lost them when they lost the weight... so I went for it!

    I went out for the SWAT Team.  The physical part consisted of running 3 miles in less than 21 minutes, 50 push-ups in a minute, 50 sit-ups in a minute and 6 pull-ups.

    By the time I qualified for SWAT, I was in the best shape of my life... and the man boobs were almost gone...  almost...

     So first step:

'Lose The Weight and Lose
The Chest Fat'


     Now this subject alone opens up a big can of worms.  Do you know how many quick-weight-loss scams are out there? They promise you'll drop dozens of pounds by next week- but forget to tell you how dangerous this can be... and why this is not the way to lose weight that will stay off.

 

     It only puts you on the yo-yo effect- weight off- weight on... over and over again...

     Losing weight has always been on my agenda- right underneath root canals...

    It was hard enough losing weight in the first place... I darn sure didn't want to lose the weight just for it to come back... even bigger than before!

      I looked for what really worked and kept hearing great things about one course that I downloaded online.  I was reading it in minutes... Like I said, a lot of the other ones were scams, rip-offs or just plain crap- but this one seemed to work really, really well.

     The popularity of this huge ebook seemed to grow without much advertising but with a lot of discussion online about what was working for the guys losing weight.

     It is called "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" and it's by a well-known bodybuilder who got tired of seeing people get lied to about really fast weight loss.  I got this book and I was impressed... This was exactly how I lost my weight...
